Job Description

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products
• To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Responsibilities

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be advantage (spoken).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Paid training will be provided
• Willing to work in rotation shifts and weekend
• Willing to work at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
