Miki Travel is seeking a

proactive and detail-oriented Global Tour Coordinator (Hotel Reservations Executive)

Key Responsibilities



Manage hotel booking changes based on requests from the Sales team and update hotel partners promptly. Input and maintain hotel confirmation details accurately in the internal system. Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure timely confirmations. Respond to hotel-related inquiries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. Communicate effectively with hotel partners and MIKI offices to ensure smooth operations. Share client arrival details and special requests with hotel partners. Investigate, follow up, and resolve hotel-related client issues, preparing reports for internal use. Maintain updated records and track ongoing cases in shared databases. Ensure proper task handovers and follow up until completion. Share hotel updates with internal teams for timely follow-up action.

Requirements



Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in a travel agency, hotel reservations, or customer service role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using reservations or data-processing systems is an advantage. Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of European destinations is an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
