Central to our commitment is an intensive focus on managing wholesale and retail channels more effectively. This will enable us to have better control over pricing and curb the proliferation of counterfeit products. Through these calculated endeavors, we aim to uphold the integrity and quality of products that our customers have come to rely on.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities including planning, recruitment, and managing a regional team, executing marketing strategies, and coordinating marketing actions with key channel partners. The ideal candidate will be adept at event planning and have a strong background in the FMCG, Alcohol, or Tobacco industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the regional team structure, including recruitment and team management.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of consumer-focused marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing plans with key channel partners.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of various events such as exhibitions, festivals, and meetings.
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in FMCG / Alcohol / Tobacco industries.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and strategic sales development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent decision-making abilities and accountability.
  • Proven track record of strong execution, workability, and results orientation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a significant advantage.
  • Expertise in planning online & offline campaigns; creativity and brainstorming skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
