We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in our retail operations, ensuring that our store runs efficiently, our customers are satisfied, and our team is well-guided and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and support the retail team to achieve productivity and uphold company policies and procedures. Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Champion superior customer service, train the team for the same, resolve customer inquiries, and guarantee a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales, understand our product offerings, implement effective merchandising strategies, and ensure optimal product placement and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and manage any inventory discrepancies.
  • Oversee the daily operations, including store opening and closing, cash handling, security measures, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Evaluate team member performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement strategies to enhance overall team performance.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from team members to head office personnel.
  • Address challenges promptly, manage team conflicts, and make decisions that benefit both the store and our customers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience in sectors like Tobacco, E-Cigarette, FMCG, and consumer electronics (brands like HUAWEI, XIAOMI, OPPO, RELX, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa.
  • Must be genuinely interested in the position and our company.
