Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
The Content Publishing team works closely with global Deloitte practitioners to acquire and publish content to the Global Knowledge Management portal. It includes project summaries, sales material, and client engagement deliverables, among other content. This content is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant content just in time to win new projects and deliver quicker and quality deliverables to their clients.


As a part of this team, you will:


  • Execute the publishing process for documents/content to ensure compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property policies

  • Redact/cleanse documents to disguise client names and meet client confidentiality agreements

  • Organize and tag content with proper metadata, taxonomy, and descriptions to facilitate its search and retrieval within the Global Knowledge Management system

  • Communicate with content contributors to obtain needed information

  • Contact project leaders to obtain approvals for sharing content

  • Manage workload to consistently maintain business SLAs for making content available to end users in a timely manner

  • Focus on quality and meet processing and quality benchmarks along with expected turnaround time

  • Collaborate with engagement teams to collect content and project summaries in alignment with business priorities

  • Encourage and engage professionals to share the newest content to be represented on the Global Knowledge repository

  • Ideate and create projects that can help automate the processes within the team

Requirements


  • MBA or Post-Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences with 1 to 3 years of experience

  • Experience with electronic knowledge repositories, publishing and/or content management practices, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Good comprehension skills and attention to detail

  • Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision

  • Ability to learn and use new processes and technologies

  • Experience with content writing will be an advantage

  • Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment

  • Familiarity with professional services environment

  • Ability to work as part of a team and multitask on work assignments

  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Effective problem-solving skills and can drive initiatives

  • Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate

  • Self-motivated and strong team player
