Work you\'ll do The Specialized Knowledge Services B&I team works with stakeholders across Industries and Businesses to win and deliver work, connect knowledge systems, services and content that accelerate our speed to market, speed to proposal, speed to proficiency, enrich collaboration and engagement and, consistency of delivery among Deloitte professionals. As a part of this team, you will be responsible to Manage internal web portals for aligned industry or business through extensive use of technology (SharePoint, HTML) Check for completeness & consistency of content (content management) Communicate with clients for projects including project planning and reporting Compile content usage reports related to the knowledge portal, derive insights and develop recommendations Develop deep knowledge of the aligned industry or business to analyze information and advice on product improvement ideas As one of the senior members, perform quality analysis of deliverables from the team and provide guidance to improve on overall team quality Help the team lead in acquiring projects for the team and in measuring successes using analytics solutions Network within firm, compile suggestions, and implement solutions for improving platform content and features Act as a \'go to\' person for all the analysts in resolving their technical and customer request issues Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels. Requirements MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, Library Sciences 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management Knowledge of web technologies/platforms such as HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SharePoint 2010/2013, InfoPath, Nintex, CSS, jQuery Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with an advanced level of Excel skills Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate Suggest practical solutions and partner with stakeholders to implement the solutions Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment Self-motivated and team player with strong interpersonal skills Good understanding of project management skills Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization practices Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
