You will report to the GLP1 Business Unit Director, Malaysia.
The position
The role of the Field Sales Manager is to lead the field force to increase market leadership in the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio for Novo Nordisk Pharma Malaysia. On top of that, the incumbent will work closely with the Business Unit Director to set sales strategy and direction for the GLP-1 Diabetes business in Malaysia.
You will be given the opportunity to lead, coach and guide the field force to achieve overall sales ambitions for the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio. As the leader of the team, you will take the lead to work across functions to improve overall patient care, ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategy at field level, enhance field force productivity through commercial effectiveness initiatives and build a strong sales team with strong market and product understanding. You will also be collaborating closely with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams in engaging key external stakeholders to penetrate our GLP-1 Diabetes products into targeted institutions listings.
