• Leading and managing Finance Team and responsible for overall finance management of the Group (holding company & subsidiaries) relating to operational financial control, accounting, cash management, treasury management, budgeting, tax planning & tax compliance.
• Responsible for budgeting, planning, forecasting and internal controls, timely and accurate reporting
• Analyse cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the Company\'s actual performance compared to business plans.
• Conduct reviews & evaluations for cost-reductions opportunities
• Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting process and profitability of products or services;

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years related experience in similar field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with experience holding financial controller / management role will have an added advantage;
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen;
• Candidate possesses sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage;
• Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate and develops others;
• Aggressive, visionary and willing to take calculated risk for dynamic business growth;
• Attentive to details, alert and capable of identifying business growth & cost saving opportunity as well as process improvement alternative;
• Strong understanding of latest accounting standard;
• Strong reporting and organisational skills.
