Job Description
- Lead, develop and revamp compensation and rewards structure
- to re-evaluate job family, grading and implement competitive rewards that are aligned to Multinational standards.
- Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits packages.
- Developing a consistent compensation philosophy. Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- Someone with experience working in Multinational environment
- Specialised in C&B/Rewards with at least 12 years of experience
- Willing to travel/relocate
