Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Food Technology or Food Science/ Quality Assurance/ related field.

Job experience

Minimum 3 Year working experience in Quality Control/ Quality Assurance.

Well versed in GMP, GDP, ISO 9001 and GFSI Certification Standards.

Technical skills

Microsoft Office, Supervisory, Coaching, Basic Computer Knowledge

Language proficiency

English & Bahasa Melayu

Roles & Responsibilities

Support and ensure all quality related activities and programs that are carrying out company wide.
Support management to achieve company targets and goals assuring all quality activities and operation run smoothly.

To work closely with related department to maintain and control SOP's and quality record according to document control system.

To ensure all the recording is legible and as per quality record procedure requirement.

To ensure all documents related to product release from operation followed as per standard requirements.

Verify quality report from QC Assistant and responsible for product release approval process prior deliver to customers. To monitor and control all document and record to suit with document and record control system. To verifies that specification documents used are up-to-date and available. Responsible for Customer complaint investigations; to assist and advise in troubleshooting. Ensuring Self-inspection to be conducted to ensure company operation comply with regulatory, customer and legislative requirements.
Responsible for process quality improvement related activities. Responsibility scopes cover all area of Tranz Alliance:

Process, Customer and, Supplier that may affect quality of product or service to customer. Lead as a leader and encourage self-reliance and self-development. Assist with training of Operation crew, Quality Control Assistant regarding quality inspection. To conduct quality training for internal team such as GMP Training.
To monitor calibration activity and arrange calibration devices/equipment.

To perform quality audit and participate in Quality Audit. This will involve in corrective and preventive action and monitoring (GMP and Internal Audit).

Highlight quality problems detected and to propose the improvement action to QA Manager.

Verify non-compliance reports (photos, batch information and etc of the damaged and defected Products/ Base Stocks/ Packaging Material) prior reported the non- conformance to Customers or Suppliers.
Giving inputs in preparing training manuals and quality guidelines, and performing other tasks assigned by the QA Manager or Managements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
