Role Overview:
We're searching for a talented GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to lead the design, optimization, and management of GHL workflows. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and client success teams to craft seamless automations, high-performing funnels, and campaigns that drive exceptional client results. If you're a GHL expert who excels at turning complex challenges into streamlined, impactful solutions, this is your moment to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and tailor GoHighLevel workflows, including lead capture forms, email/SMS automations, booking systems, and membership platforms.
Connect GHL with tools like Zapier, Twilio, or Google Workspace to create comprehensive client solutions.
Lead client onboarding, provide training, and conduct system audits to enhance GHL performance and uncover new opportunities.
Use GHL analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Address technical issues, ensure system efficiency, and stay informed about GHL's latest features and updates.
Partner with the team to develop scalable templates and best practices for GHL deployments.
Contribute to special projects, such as migrating clients from other CRMs to GHL.
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist or in a similar role, supported by a robust portfolio of GHL projects.
GHL White Label or Agency Unlimited certification is a significant plus.
Strong expertise in marketing automation, funnel creation, and CRM management; experience with tools like ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or HubSpot is an advantage.
Sharp problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail and delivering outstanding user experiences.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proactive, team-oriented approach, with comfort working in a remote environment.
