The

Go-Kart Track Team

is responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable racing experience for all customers. Their job scope includes track operations, kart maintenance, customer service, and event support.

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor the track for any obstacles or hazards. Oversee customer entry and exit from the track safely. Enforce safety rules and assist drivers with helmets, seatbelts, and kart adjustments. Provide clear instructions on kart controls and track rules. Operate timing systems and ensure fair race results. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Check fuel levels, tire pressure, brakes, and engine conditions. Ensure all karts are in safe, working condition. Report and assist in basic kart repairs or maintenance. Welcome and assist customers with check-ins, waivers, and payments. Help customers with any concerns and ensure they enjoy their race. Encourage a competitive but fun atmosphere. Assist with organizing and managing special events, group bookings, and competitions. Work as a team to ensure efficient track operations. Follow all company safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements:

Passion for motorsports or customer service experience (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus! Must be physically active (standing, lifting, assisting drivers) Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
