Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training & development.
Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the overall business and corporate objectives.
Ensure HR policies and programs are well administered and implemented effectively according to the established guidelines and budget.
Provide advise and counsel to the Management on HR and employee relation matters, including disciplinary/grievance handling.
Assist the payroll management, HR and general office administration matters.
Assist Country HR Manager in talent management process and ensure the sustainability of the talent pipelines in the organization.
Support the line managers in Performance Management process and involve in performance review discussion/agenda as and when required.
Responsible for recruitment, on boarding programs and manage exit interview for all employees.
Coordinate training programs according to the training plan.
