Responsibilities

? Planning and managing budget for the maintenance and propose strategy for

cost control and enhancement for golf course

? Develop and trained maintenance staff

? Planning and oversees the care and maintenance of greens, tees and fairway;

schedule work and supervises the employees and use the equipment

? Oversees the completion of work assignments and assists with field decisions

regarding job procedures, work standards and machinery use.

? Organize and coordinate all aspects of the golf course maintenance and

management in the absence of the Senior Course Manager

? Instruct, equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other

equipment; supervises and participates in the operation.

? Oversee all aspects of irrigation scheduling and repair.

? Manages the ornamental nursery facilities ; selects, propagate and grow plants

materials for ornamental use on and around the golf course, clubhouse and

other buildings.

? Ensure the landscape projects meet maintenance deadlines.

? Designs and select suitable plant varieties and implement planting operations.

? Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.

? Perform administrative duties such as attendance, daily report, roster and leave

schedule

? Update routine work progress and reports regarding the operation matters

? Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Course Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
