To be fully responsible on Driving Range Daily Operation including staff Roster, Sales of Balls, Equipment Ball picking / cleaning, Cleanliness including Toilet, Carpet, Grass area.
To report any issue related the Equipment to Golf Manager at any time.
To ensure the grass cutting program with the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
To check and ensure the Sales Report will tally with total Ball sales.
To assists from time- to- time the Golf Manager on any related matters pertaining the Golf Operations.
To participate in any other duties or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time, as and when required.
SUPPLEMENTARY RESPONSIBILITIES WHENEVER REQUIRED:
To monitor and be responsible of Golf Registration Counter including Golf Registration, Golf Booking and Billing.
To be responsible on staff discipline.
To handle the daily buggy routine including the cleanliness.
To work hand in hand with Buggy Supervisor daily usage including damage.
To ensure any report pertaining Hole In One or any incident related Insurance to be documented.
To ensure the golf bag area are clean including tagging the golf bag tag.
To ensure all the cleanliness of the surrounding area especially the public area, golf wing and buggy station.
To ensure the "Starters" are always at the Starters Hut.
To ensure the golfers are following the Rules and Regulations of the Club and Golf Rules.
To handle any complaints, lost and found or reports if required.
To be fully responsible on the course control.
To ensure that the Course Marshall on their working area at all time.
To assists the preparation of any in house Golf Tournament or Corporate Golf Tournament at all time.
To assists and report any damage on the golf course at all time.
