To perform high-rise cleaning and maintenance jobs as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Not afraid of working at height.
Must be able to work after normal working hours when need arises.
To adhere to all safety and health requirements when at work.
Ensure all relevant inspections and safety measures / precautions are carried out.
Able to supervise cleaners to perform work according to work schedule and job requirements - applicable for supervisor position.
Requirement :
Possess valid Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) qualification scheme level 1 certificate - applicable for supervisor position.
Possess valid certificate by NIOSH/DOSH or equivalent for Working at Height.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cleaning external windows of high-rise buildings.
Strong expertise in operating gondolas.
Must be medically fit and physically capable of working at heights.
