To perform high-rise cleaning and maintenance jobs as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Not afraid of working at height.
Must be able to work after normal working hours when need arises.
Comply with all workplace safety and health regulations.
Ensure all required inspections, safety measures, and precautions are properly implemented.
For supervisor roles: Able to oversee cleaners to ensure tasks are completed according to the work schedule and job requirements.
Requirement :
Possess valid Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) qualification scheme level 1 certificate - applicable for supervisor position.
Possess valid certificate by NIOSH/DOSH or equivalent for Working at Height.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cleaning external windows of high-rise buildings.
Strong expertise in operating gondolas.
Must be medically fit and physically capable of working at heights.
