Job description Job description In-store Logistic, Receiving. This position will be entitled tonight shift allowance. You contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks. You contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work. You perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process. You work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximise product availability for customers. You commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building. You contribute to optimised goods flow operations in the store by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing good examples. You be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required. Qualification Self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Energetic and physically fit, enjoy hands-on physical work, and have a keen interest in warehouse logistics. Optional - Experience in warehousing operations and a good track record in workplace safety will be an added advantage. Optional -Forklift Licence & able to operate Reach Truck will be an added advantage.
