We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to become an indispensable part of our team. This role will involve deep involvement in the core operations of the department, offering the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments and showcase your communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Candidate must possess at least Degree.

• Candidate must have skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• This position requires interaction with overseas clients, so fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Provide comprehensive assistance with the department\'s daily tasks, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of contracts, forms, and other documents, and enhancing internal operational efficiency.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable Management: Collaborate with the sales team to actively follow up on accounts receivable (AR), ensuring smooth cash flow, while assisting with finance-related tasks and maintaining financial discipline.
• Project and Supervisor Tasks: Proactively take on and complete various projects and tasks assigned by supervisors, adapting to different challenges, and enhancing your professional skills across multiple areas.
