Requirement For Specialist Position:

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management (execution/construction stage)
• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field, a master\'s degree is a plus.
• Possess internationally recognised certification on Quality such as ASQ/CQI/ACI certified Quality Manager, IRCA Certified Lead Assessor
• Strong knowledge of Industry Standards, such as API, ASME, and PETRONAS standards (PTS and PPMS)
• Has become Lead on Quality function for at least two capital projects.
• Has experience in providing technical guidance and advice in Project Quality Management

Requirement For Manager Position:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the energy industry
• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field
• Possess good knowledge of project management principles and relevant experience in project management, and preferably on other multi-disciplinary

aspects of project management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and leadership skills

For Quality Positions

• Proven experience in project quality management, preferably in a project-based environment
• Possess good working knowledge and relevant experience in the project quality management, and preferably on other multi-disciplinary aspects

of project management * In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulations, and standards such as ISO 9001, Certified Lead Auditor is a plus

• Strong understanding of quality assurance planning inclusive of audit planning & scoping, audit execution & findings categorisation, audit reporting

and close-out * Has experience in planning and leading quality audits with excellent understanding of auditing principles and practices

Requirement For Executive Position:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the energy industry
• Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering field
• Possess good working knowledge and relevant experience in the Project / Quality / Construction / Hook-up Commissioning / Planning & Scheduling /
• Installation Management, and preferably on other multi-disciplinary aspects of project management
• Integrates skills in people management, project management, engineering and business for comprehensive, all-rounded project portfolio delivery
