About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

You will be part of the Retail Investment Operations Centre supporting and processing of customer instructions relating to Fixed Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Deposits, Cashiers' Orders and Demand Drafts.
Your key responsibilities includes:

• Data input and transactional processing of instructions for customers' Fixed Deposits, Maxiyield, Structured Deposits, Cashiers' Orders and Demand Drafts
• Ensure all instructions are completed accurately and within SLA
• Perform end day reconciliation for completeness
• Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with applicable Regulations and Bank Policies
• Handle queries within agreed time frames and proper follow ups on issues
• Carry out any adhoc assignments/ projects as given by Team Lead and/or Department Head
• Administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Diploma Holder
• Minimum 1 year banking operations experience
• Knowledge of Fixed Deposits, Structured Products and Remittances
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Data input with speed and accuracy
• Team player and can work under pressure
• Meticulous and systematic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Disciplined and able to work independently
