• You will be a part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment. The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage. The team needs to be able to more visibility towards the market.

• Support campaign owners execute local tactical and strategic campaigns.
• Shadow the team to write creative briefs for designers and deliver collaterals & communications.
• Assist with ad-hoc campaign or activities launches.
• Work closely with the city leads to ensure engagement activity are visibility.
• Assist with administrative tasks and any other duties delegated by the city leads.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Holding a Diploma/Degree in any field
• You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• You should be agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with an excellent time, presentation, and project management skills.
• Having a positive attitude and can-do spirit is critical.
• Ability to work independently and works well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (basic formulas such as SUM, IF, VLOOKUP etc). Attentive to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work on-site during execution of on-ground activities.
