ExxonMobil in Malaysia

We are involved in significant oil and gas production operations and the marketing of chemical products. We also host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil\xe2\x80\x99s upstream, downstream and chemical businesses worldwide.

What role you will play in the team

In this role, you will provide engineering support to Production Operations including surveillance, troubleshooting and overall maintenance/management/optimization of topside processing equipment in respect of the following functions:

- Facilities
- Turbomachinery
- Instrumentation, Controls, Electrical
- Topside Integrity / Corrosion

While you will be working in our Kuala Lumpur office, do expect travel to EMEPMI offshore platforms, as and when needed.

what you will do
-Utilize remote surveillance tool to support operations with troubleshooting and optimization.
-Perform risk screening / assessment on identified hazards.
-Investigate root cause of reliability and/or safety event.
-Plan and manage topside equipment maintenance and modifications including management of relevant documentations accordingly.

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant engineering field
-Less than 3 years working experience, fresh graduates are welcome
-An effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
-Fluency in written and spoken English
-Coding experience will be an added advantage
-Ability to converse in Malay is an added advantage
