Job Summary
The Graduate Management Trainee programme is designed to develop multi-skilled, adaptable, and high-performing individuals who will become future Assistant Managers within Suami Sihat Holding and its subsidiaries.
Trainees will gain hands-on experience through four business rotations across corporate, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology divisions, leading real projects, solving challenges, and learning directly from senior management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Rotation - Suami Sihat Holding (HQ)
Support HR, finance, and administrative functions.
Participate in strategic meetings and reporting preparation.
Assist in developing group wide systems and workflow dashboards.
2. Healthcare & Wellness Rotation - SS Clinic & SS Wellness
Learn daily clinic and wellness centre operations.
Support service delivery and customer experience improvement projects.
Assist in operational SOP monitoring and compliance documentation.
3. E-Commerce Rotation - SS E-Commerce
Participate in product campaigns, social media management, and digital marketing.
Coordinate online sales analytics and fulfilment processes.
Contribute to branding and content creation initiatives.
4. Technology Rotation - SS Technology
Work on digital transformation and healthcare system integration projects.
Support automation initiatives, CRM system updates, or internal app testing.
Collaborate with tech leads to improve workflow efficiency.
Learning & Development
Monthly mentorship sessions with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and division heads.
Mid-rotation reviews and project-based evaluations.
Exposure to leadership, business strategy, and cross-functional management.
Candidate Requirements
Min Bachelor's Degree in any field with CGPA min 3.30
Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of work experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
Willing to adapt, take on challenges, and learn across diverse functions.
