B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS

• Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1)
• SPM Result: A for both Maths and Addional Maths (or equivalent)
• Recent fresh graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A keen interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Mandarin speaking is a bonus

C) JOB-RELATED QUALITIES DESIRED

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends will be a bonus
• Passion for technology and desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training covering our technology solutions, project management methodologies, and client consulting strategies
• Work alongside experienced IT Consultants and Project Managers on live projects to gain hands-on experience
• Conduct needs analysis to understand and document client requirements
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet client needs
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for completed projects to ensure client satisfaction
