THE OPPORTUNITY This is a new opportunity at our KL office for recent graduates from a relevant engineering field to develop a career within commercial building automation. Apply your skills working in a technical and fast paced industry. You will learn about our products and services as well as key aspects of pricing, quotations and compiling full estimations for service work and tenders. The training will then naturally lead into a focus on business development where you will connect and meet with new clients, run technical discussions and sell our integrated solutions. Key skills which will see you succeed in this role:

• Hold a recent qualification in an Engineering or technical business development field.
• Some practical experience in estimating gained through an internship or industry experience will be viewed favorably.
• Confident communication style with the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and work as an effective team member.
• Articulate technical concepts along with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Key skills which will see you succeed in this role:

• A passion for success and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and building long-term trust-based relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in liaising at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, real estate agents & facilities management.
• An understanding of mechanical systems and/or automation, an Engineering or Technical background in BMS, Energy Management or HVAC will be favourably considered.
• Willing to travel to meet clients and pitch proposals
• Fluent in English and Chinese

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive base salary RM3200 - RM3500 + laptop + phone.
