The work we do here matters.Department Overview System IntegrationSystem Engineering and Integration team that develops, models, and tests Radio Frequency (RF) transmission systems, public safety communication, video systems and cloud technology. The team works with multi-disciplinary teams responsible for integrated product designs and solutions to meet the customer needs.You willWork with Senior System Engineers to perform installation, documentation and optimization/test procedures. Eventually able to work on assigned project(s) independently.Work closely with Engineering Project Manager/Program Manager to manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations, contract deliverables and project goals.Prepare and perform Factory Acceptance Test and System Acceptance Test with customer.Conduct site survey and generate report to customer for site improvements.Generate system installation and As-Built documentation.Conduct system optimization and system acceptance with customer.Provide technical analysis and investigation of system faults.#LI-YK1Basic RequirementsGraduate with a Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic/Computer Engineering, or related discipline.Experience (such as school project works, intern ship etc) in managing projects for design, implementation and system acceptance of telecommunication and RF projects.Networking knowledge for IP planning and design, router/switch troubleshooting and configuration.Knowledge or experience in the cybersecurity discipline is an advantage.Proven strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and be able to work and coordinate across various groups and functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication listening, negotiation and presentation skills.#LI-YK1Travel Requirements Over 50%Relocation Provided NonePosition Type ExperiencedReferral Payment Plan NoEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
