In your new role you will: . Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. . Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions . Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow . Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management . Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. . Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) . Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: . Approximately 0 - 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required. . 4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas). . Language Fluency: Fluent in English Language, written & verbal. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic and self-starter. . Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies. . Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need. . Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Individuals will be and must be able to understand complex automated systems and human interactions. . Perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. . Maintain confidentiality and security of all information. . Comply with current and updated policies and procedures. . Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
