Job description
In your new role you will:
1. Sustaining task
- To plan and schedule WLR test request jobs
- To support WLR test request job for Risk assessment, DOE and quarterly monitoring.
- To support WLR test result data analysis, interpret test results and trend for each technologies and update WLR monitoring trend.
- To support WLR lab 5s.
- Execute different DOEs (lab work) and assist QRE responsible on DOE data analysis.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Fresh Graduate
- Degree in Physics/Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Engineering
- High interest in depth of technical knowledge on semiconductor and wafer level reliability engineering
- Passionate about Reliability Function & high expectation in delivering quality tasks
- Well understanding the basic function of all type of WLR & fWLR test available in Fab, interpret the test result w/ Reliability Statistic to make an engineering judgement for lot release
- Basic problem analytical skill & reliability statistical knowledge
- Basic Presentation skill & used of Ms Excel & Power Point
