:UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities:
- Assist with BEMS asset audits, technical competency programme and monitoring cost-saving activities at the site.
- To facilitate the BEMS lean programme, HEPPM task and type code standardisation task.
- To assist with the Continuous Improvement Programme and GP plan generation.
- Assist 16 institutions with Ageing follow-up, compilation, monitoring, and improvement plans.
- Provide hospitals on the site with technical advice and condition assessment reports.
- To support manpower shortage for operation at the site, need to handle maintenance such as BM and PPM.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Electronics / Biomedical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
