:THE ROLE:We are seeking highly motivated web development Engineering to join our team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain PCBA DFM procedures and checklists
Ensure proper management of PCBA Prototype, EVT, and DVT assembly and test at manufacturing subcontractor
Support component engineering by ensuring component specification content meets PCBA DFM requirements
Support DFx library to meet PCBA DFM & DFT requirements
Generate DFM report and work with cross functional team to ensure PCBA manufacturing without quality issue
Generate DFT report and work with cross functional team to optimize electrical probe test coverage

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated ability to self-manage and deliver results in a development role.
Ability to work with a cross-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.
Familiarity with the properties and process of PCBA assembly.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

A degree in engineering disciplines (mechanical, industrial, electrical or materials science) is required.
