About the program

The 12-month program consists of a variety of meaningful assignments and projects for the Service - Energy, Food & Water Division. These assignments will include exposure in business development, project management, product application, services with a focus on on-the-job-training experience that is able to groom and build a strong engineering foundation for the graduate within Alfa Laval.

At the completion of the program, the graduate may be re-designated to a permanent functional role in the home country - Malaysia (Shah Alam) and thereafter continuing his/her journey.

What you know

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering
• Proven leadership qualities with varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities
• Excellent command of the English language - verbal and written
• Highly self-motivated team player with good analytical skills, creative thinking and results-driven
• Ability to multi-task and good in problem-solving
