The Role

As a Graduate Trainee in Event Marketing, you will gain hands-on experience in brand representation, customer engagement, and campaign execution. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation in sales and marketing, while equipping you with leadership and management skills to advance into senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients at events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns. Engage with customers face-to-face to deliver brand messages effectively. Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and communication. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives. Participate in structured training and mentorship programs.

Who We're Looking For

Recent graduates from any discipline (no prior experience required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Positive, professional, and results-driven attitude. Passionate about building a career in marketing and leadership.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
