This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks across various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of important documents, records, and reports.
• Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external events, meetings, and workshops.
• Aid in the management of office supplies and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and increase efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and handling inquiries.
• Perform duties as assigned by the superior to support the overall objectives of the department.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of working experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
