Role Overview

The

Graduate Trainee Program

is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in communication, sales, team management, and leadership. Trainees will be exposed to on-ground marketing activities, client campaigns, and team operations while being guided through a structured development pathway.

This program is ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic environments, are eager to learn, and want a fast-tracked career.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in face-to-face marketing campaigns at events, roadshows, and corporate locations. Represent clients professionally and deliver clear product or program information. Build customer engagement and support brand awareness initiatives. Work closely with team leads to support daily operations and event execution. Track performance results and participate in training sessions to improve skills. Assist in planning, organising, and executing marketing activities. Progress through structured phases leading toward leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to step out of comfort zones. Team player with strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset. Must be willing to work at various event locations
