You will be part of our team while completing our graduate trainee program, creating knowledge + perspective ready to apply to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

Kuehne Nagel Graduate Trainee Program will focus on a specific business or functional unit, and allow you to rotate through a variety of comprehensive responsibilities and roles designed specifically to enhance your experience of endless possibilities in logistics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:
- To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
- To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.
- To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
- To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
- To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
- To develop knowledge of our various systems + products

On any given day you could be working in or leading a project, preparing for a customer presentation or commercial bid, or supporting teams in customer implementations + onboarding of new business. By the end of your program, you will learn how to establish strong customer relationships, develop a detailed understanding of our global import + export operations while being exposed to our focus on sustainability.
