Position: Graduate Trainee Officer (Collection Department)-April/May Intake Location: Nearby KLCC area / Jalan Tun Perak /nearby Masjid Jamek (may choose) Working hours: 8.45am - 5.45pm (Monday - Friday)compulsory OT 2 hours until 7.45pm , 9am - 2pm (Every Saturday OT) Salary: Basic RM2000 + OT (Up to approximately RM800 per month) Requirement:
- Minimum a Diploma/ Degree holder in any field
- Willing to work overtime
- To call client to do payment and advise the customer to pay accordingly
- Make calls for past due account (Credit Card/ Mortgage Loan/ Car Loan user)
- Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience
- Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
