Requirements:
Fresh graduates with at least a
Bachelor's Degree
in one of the following fields:
Human Resource Management
Administrative Management
Business Management
Business Administration
Office System Management
International Business
Minimum CGPA:
2.00 and above
Age:
27 years old and below
Personal Qualities:
Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain an organized
filing system
and ensure all documentation is properly managed.
Assist in the recruitment process
-- from screening candidates to ensuring they fit the role and company culture.
Support
employee engagement initiatives
and handle general employee inquiries.
Perform other
related administrative and HR duties
as assigned.
