Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduates must possess at least a

Bachelor's Degree

in fields:

Civil Engineering

Construction Management

CGPA 2.00 and above Aged 27 and below Energetic, self-motivated, and a great team player Can work under minimal supervision

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in managing slope-related projects Support Senior Engineers/Coordinators on assigned tasks Liaise with consultants, technical agencies & local authorities Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with design & specifications Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and subcontractors

Program Duration:

9 months

Soft Skills Training

: 1 week

On-the-Job Training

: 8 months and 3 weeks
