9-Month Graduate Trainee Program
and gain valuable hands-on experience in managing slope projects under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.Qualifications & Requirements:
Fresh graduates with at least a
Bachelor's Degree
in one of the following fields:Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Minimum CGPA:
2.00 and aboveAge:
27 years old and belowPersonal Qualities:
Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team playerRoles & Responsibilities:
Assist in managing
slope projects
and supportSenior Engineers/Coordinators
in assigned tasks.Liaise and coordinate
with consultants, technical agencies, and relevant authorities.Monitor site progress
and ensure quality compliance according to design and specifications.Coordinate site activities
with clients, construction coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Program Details:
Duration:
9 months 1 week ofSoft Skills Training
(starting 1st December 2025)*8 months and 3 weeks of
On-the-Job Training.
