What You'll Experience
End-to-end recruitment process and employer branding initiatives
Employee engagement, onboarding, and learning activities
HR operations -- maintaining employee records and HR systems
Exposure to HR analytics and policy implementation
Collaborate directly with leaders across multiple departments in a fast-paced tech environment
Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduates or early-career talents (max 2 years of working experience) (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields)
Strong communicator with curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving drive
Passionate about people and culture, with a growth mindset
