Career Opportunity: Trainee Engineer - Civil Engineering

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join our intensive 9-month training program, focusing on the management and execution of slope projects. Successful candidates will gain comprehensive exposure to project management, stakeholder coordination, and on-site quality control.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in the management of slope-related projects. Working under the guidance of a Senior Engineer / Coordinator for assigned projects. Proactively liaise and coordinate with consultants, technical agencies, and regulatory authorities. Oversee site progress and ensure quality compliance strictly according to approved design and specifications. Coordinate site works effectively with client's representatives, construction coordinators, and subcontracts.

Training Program Structure (9 Months)

The successful candidate will undergo a structured training program comprising:

Soft Skill Training:

Duration of one (1) week with our trainer.

On-Job Training:

Duration of eight (8) months and three (3) weeks.
