9-month Graduate Trainee Program

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduates of Bachelor's

Degree

in :

Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Event Management, Creative Multimedia or equivalent Minimum CGPA 2.50 and above 27 years old and below Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and basic video editing software Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply Excellent time management & organizational skills Positive working attitude and a proven team player

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design web pages, brochures, logos, handbooks, magazine covers, and social media content Ensure all digital platforms are up-to-date with accurate content Prepare articles and promotional materials for both online and offline use (e.g., social media, posters, brochures) Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and communication efforts Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required by supervisors

Program Details:

Total Duration Program: 9 months

Soft Skill Training:1 week On-the-Job Training:8 months & 3 weeks
