Qualifications & Requirements

:

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

Event Management

Marketing

Business Management

CGPA 2.00 and above

Aged 27 and below

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skilled in

project management

Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills Strong

creative presence

and

artistic flair

Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results

Willing to travel

to various event/project sites when required Energetic, self-motivated, and a great

team player

Able to work

independently

as well as in a team Skilled in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Plan events from concept to completion Brainstorm and generate creative ideas for event themes, content, and marketing materials Manage logistics, venues, and vendor coordination Support the setup and dismantling of events efficiently Gather and analyze feedback & event data to assess outcomes Assist in producing event-related digital content (videos, posters, promos) Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution Perform ad-hoc duties as needed during events or company functions
