Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in: Quantity Surveying Construction Management Building Surveying

Minimum CGPA:

2.00 and above

Age:

27 years old and below

You are:

Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player Tech-savvy and great at communication Comfortable working with people at all levels Able to work independently, even under pressure

What You'll Do:

Prepare

tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities

for exciting projects.

Coordinate

with clients and professionals -- from site managers to project leaders. Track

design or construction changes

and update budgets accordingly. Support the Quantity Surveying team in

various project tasks

and learn directly from experienced mentors.
