The OCK Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is designed to develop high-potential graduates by equipping them with the essential knowledge, skills and practical experience required to take on key roles within the OCK Group. This programme offers a unique opportunity to unlock your potential, explore new possibilities, and kick-start your career with OCK upon graduation.

Over the course of this 24-month programme, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, deepening your understanding of your assigned discipline. With the support and guidance of a dedicated mentor, you will be empowered to accelerate your professional development within the Digital Infrastructure and Green Energy industry.

Requirements:

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Solar Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Procurement, Quantity Surveying and a minimum CGPA of 3.5 are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership skills, a dynamic personality, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset. Critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with high learning agility and an open mindset. Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with strong mathematical and systems-thinking abilities. A strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
