Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end Record to Report process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Support the analysis of cost structures and financial metrics.
- Graduated in Bachelor\'s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
