Open Position: Graduate Trainee, Recruitment (BTC Recruitment Malaysia)

We are currently expanding and looking to hire for Fresh Graduates or Recent Graduates with 1 to 2 years working experience to join us at BTC Recruitment Malaysia.

You will be undergoing the full-cycle recruitment training programme with job responsibilities include:

-Manage and prepare candidates for job interviews and offer management process

-Build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted advisor and business partner
