PwC Malaysia is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Protege Consultants in our SAP practice. This one-year program is designed to provide fresh graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on experience in consulting, specifically focusing on SAP solutions. As a Protege Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, develop your skills, and contribute to impactful projects.
Being part of the SAP Consulting team at PwC typically involves working as part of a team that helps clients implement and manage SAP software systems. SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) is a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software used by businesses worldwide to manage operations and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in SAP Projects:

Work under the guidance of senior consultants to support the planning, implementation, and delivery of SAP projects across various industries.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research and analyze industry trends to assist in the development of client solutions and recommendations.

Data Management:

Aid in data collection, cleansing, and analysis to support project requirements and deliverables.

Documentation:

Assist in creating detailed project documentation, including process flows, reports, and user manuals.

Client Interaction:

Support the team in client interactions, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements and deliver insights.

Learning and Development:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to build a foundational understanding of SAP modules and consulting methodologies.
The role can provide valuable experience in both technical and consulting skills, offering insights into the consulting industry and SAP systems. Hence, you are usually expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a relevant field are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing environments
