We are searching for a methodical and strategic grant manager to work with our organization in enhancing funding models, identifying new sources of funding, and developing sustainable and effective grant programs. Duties for the grants manager will include managing overall grant efforts, documenting payments and expenditures, optimizing the grant administration process, overseeing fund-raising, preparing progress reports, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, reviewing grant proposals, managing grant databases, and engaging with donor agencies. \xef\x82\xa7 Designing grant programs and determining funding needs. \xef\x82\xa7 Researching funding opportunities. \xef\x82\xa7 Optimizing the grant administration process. \xef\x82\xa7 Managing timelines and deliverables. \xef\x82\xa7 Preparing and monitoring budgets. \xef\x82\xa7 Tracking grant applications \xef\x82\xa7 Driving business growth within a company. To perform sales funnel activities and generate at revenue to achieve business goal. \xef\x82\xa7 Personal yearly revenue commitment at 3millions. \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to work together with HOD on the penetration of B2G / B2B project. \xef\x82\xa7 Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. \xef\x82\xa7 To PR & collaborate with certification bodies, potential partners, and other relevant opportunities. \xef\x82\xa7 To support the group on all initiatives \xef\x82\xa7 To embrace the Company Culture Job Requirements: Minimum requirement 3 years in proposal making. Remarkably talented managers and leaders are a must for this position. The ideal candidate possesses at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in operations management, business, communication/creativity, or equivalent. Candidates with at least 3 of proven experience in account/business management/operations management and related field is a plus. Proven ability to identify and assess trainer and talent potential. Through problem-solving skills, as well as strategic planning and competitor analysis is required with excellent presentation skills. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and networking skills. Strong attention to details when accomplishing task with accuracy. Result-oriented individual with the ability to get things done. Self-motivated team player and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
